President & Vice President. The President, or in his/her absence, the Vice President, shall preside at all meetings and be a liaison with the Executive Board and members of the corporation, and represent the corporation at events as needed.
Secretary. The Secretary shall keep the minutes of all regular and special meeting of the corporation and of all meetings of the members, the officers and the Board of Directors, issue calls for meetings, and perform any other duties as may be assigned by the President.
Treasurer. The Treasurer shall collect all membership dues, fees, and assessments, shall receive all monies earned by the corporation, donated to the corporation, or otherwise given to the corporation that have been accepted by the Board of Directors, and shall deposit all such monies in the name of the corporation in a financial institution approved by the Board of Directors. All expenditures over one hundred fifty and 00/100 dollars ($150.00) must be approved by the Board of Directors. Once a year, at the discretion of the President, an auditing committee may be appointed, consisting of three (3) members, excluding Officers and Directors, who shall audit the Treasurer’s book and the Secretary’s minutes and render their report at a monthly Board meeting. If requested, this audit would typically occur during June, in time for the June Board Meeting.
