Article 4 – Order of Business

Section 4.01.
The purpose of the Annual Meeting of members of the corporation shall be as follows:

a. To conduct elections of the corporation’s Officers and Directors.
b. To facilitate amendments to the Articles and Bylaws.
c. To conduct other business of the corporation at the recommendation of the Executive Board.

Section 4.02.
The purpose of the Executive Board meetings will be to conduct the operational portion of the corporation’s business. Typical functions will include, but are not limited to:

a. Reading the minutes of the preceding meeting.
b. Reading the Treasurer’s report.
c. Reading any Committee reports.
d. Discussing scholarship candidates and select recipients.
e. Planning fundraisers and other functions.
